OK, remember the list of the things you like to do from the Day 8? Time to PLAN to do one. I think planning is the hardest step.
So, take out your calendar. Write down when you are going to do it. Make a date with yourself that is unbreakable. I'm not going to bug you to actually do it. I'm just going to ask you to schedule it. And if you don't do it, then I'll never know. But for today don't worry about doing it. Just schedule it.
